“He will have a big role to play in our future as we continue to increase market share across the London region.”

Most recently, he has been at the vanguard of consultancy and transactional advisory relating to multi-storey industrial space and renewable energy projects.

Will is committed to nurturing future talent and the next generation of property advisors and is a RICS APC assessor and mentor.

He said: “To be appointed as Partner by such a forward-thinking property consultancy as Vail Williams is both gratifying and inspiring. My challenge is to repay the confidence shown in me by striving to provide the best possible service to our valued clients.

“I hope that my multi-faceted experience while working in the London market and across the UK, twinned with my approachability, will provide clients with the confidence that, when they engage me, I’ll deliver holistic solutions to a host of ‘head-scratching’ challenges.

“Whether I am advising PLCs, global asset managers and developers, or family offices and single property occupiers, clients can be assured that my collaborative approach will deliver the best possible outcome.”
