Savills has completed the £1.6 million sale of a three-storey office building in St Neots.
The property consultant and UKPF partner acted on behalf of a private investor in the sale of refurbished Nelson House to Acca Land.
The building, set in a one-acre site, provides 13,579 sq ft of office accommodation along with riverside balcony views. The building is due to be converted to a Regus serviced office centre.
It is immediately south of the A428 at the end of Alington Road, an established mixed-use commercial area.
