Following a successful first year, the Oxfordshire Developers Forum is entering its next phase of growth with a formal membership structure designed to strengthen its influence and impact.

Since launching in 2025, it has quickly established itself as a county-wide network for discussion, insight, and collaboration.

The Oxfordshire Developers Forum has convened senior voices from across government, development, infrastructure and investment to deliver a programme of high-quality events, engaged with the Oxford Growth Commission and created a growing platform for crucial discussions on what good growth means for Oxfordshire.

To support its next stage, Oxfordshire Developers Forum has formalised a new membership structure, enabling organisations and individuals to join through a paid annual membership model.

The new structure will help organisation expand its programme of activity, strengthen its influence, and continue to provide a focused space for public and private sector partners to address the opportunities and challenges facing Oxfordshire.

Charles Butters, Oxfordshire Developers Forum lead, and strategic property advisor to Oxfordshire County Council said:

“Oxfordshire Developers Forum was created to give the county’s public and private sector partners a practical space to discuss growth, infrastructure, and delivery. In its first year, we have shown the value of that conversation. Moving to a formal membership structure allows us to build on that momentum, expand our reach and provide a stronger programme of events, insight, and engagement for members.

“Our focus remains on good growth: growth that is well-planned, sustainable, infrastructure-led and capable of creating high-quality places for the long term.”
