A new mixed-use development is under construction at Parigan Business Park, Peterborough, comprised of light industrial, warehouse and office units.
The development located adjacent to the A1(M) will be made up of 11 units once completed, nine of which are light industrial and warehousing, with the remaining two being offices. The buildings are being constructed to a high specification, with the warehouses incorporating high-quality offices with kitchen facilities, full height roller shutter doors and three-phase power.
The office units will include air conditioning, suspended ceilings and LED lighting and carpeting throughout. The site will also benefit from a full CCTV system and barrier access, with each unit having car parking and electric vehicle charging points. The units will range in size from 1313 sq. ft to 8998 sq. ft.
Parigan Business Park is the first new scheme in Orton Southgate for over a decade and is situated in Peterborough’s prime industrial and distribution area, on a plot of land off Bakewell Road.
Julian Welch, director at Eddisons said “this is the first new development in Orton Southgate for some time and will provide much needed high quality new-build small light industrial, warehouse and office premises in this premier location. We are already seeing strong interest in the scheme and expect a number of units to be reserved prior to completion of the development in December this year”.
Eddisons is acting as the sole agent for the scheme.
