Permitted Development Rights (PDR) have been applied for to convert an office building in High Wycombe to 32 flats – and 20 more could be added.
Applicant Cedarwood, through Castle House Property Investments, has applied to Buckinghamshire Council to convert three-storey offices at Castle House in Castle Street into 24 studio flats, seven one-bedroom flats and one with two bedrooms.
Podium parking at the rear allows for 65 spaces plus three at the front of the building.
A total of 66 cycle parking spaces will be accommodated.
The team on the project includes Scapolan Burney as architect, DWD as planning consultant and Royal HaskoningDHVÂ on transport.
Cedarwood is planning to add 20 units through an upwards extension but, as a result of pre-application discussions will submit that plan separately.
