An office development in a largely industrial area of Reading could be converted to 49 flats under Permitted Development Rights (PDR).
Pegasus, on behalf of Ultima Properties, has applied to Reading Borough Council for a PDR conversion of two-storey Bennet Court in Bennet Road in the south of the town.
The application seeks to convert both Bennet Court buildings – Plot One and Plot Two – into 27 and 22 one-bedroom flats respectively.
There will be a parking space for each flat and a total of 14 cycle spaces.
