Approval has been sought by Westcombe Homes Group of Harrow at the Hillingdon Council planning meeting in  July, for a change of use for Frays Court from offices to residential accommodation.

Formerly the office was home to the National Fostering Agency, other charities and small businesses. The change is part of a trend that started before the pandemic to develop low-value office space.

The company plan to convert the building into 23 luxury apartments. Located next to the River Fray and not far from the Uxbridge Tube station and centre the flats will be ideally situated for commuters to London.

Approval has been recommended subject to several conditions including section 106 approval and a contribution to the required sewage works.
