Seb Spiller has been appointed managing director of Persimmon Homes Wessex.
He previously served as deputy managing director and prior to this was technical director.
Before joining Persimmon, Seb spent over 10 years at WYG (now Tetratech) as a civil engineer.
Persimmon Wessex covers Wiltshire, Swindon, western Oxfordshire, and parts of Somerset.
Mr Spiller said: “I am delighted to be taking on this role at such an exciting time for Persimmon Homes Wessex – we have exciting, major projects underway and I look forward to overseeing it all.
