A 72,172 sq ft office development in Basingstoke could be converted into 133 flats.
An application to Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council has asked if prior approval is needed for the conversion of Ashwood Park in Ashwood Way, an office development of three buildings.
The applicant, stated as Ashwood Park Ltd, has applied through agent, D Rose Planning of Woodford Green, London.
Plans are for 102 one-bedroom and 31 two-bedroom flats. At present the site has 300 parking spaces but under the proposed plans this will be reduced to 149 with an additional 164 secure cycle spaces.
