The Environment Partnership (TEP), on behalf of This Land Ltd, has secured outline planning permission for up to 30 dwellings and a 70-bed care home in Brampton, Huntingdonshire.

Following the approval, a reserved matters application has been submitted for phase one of the development to Huntingdonshire District Council, which consists of 30 dwellings.

TEP provided the town planning, landscape management, ecology and arboricultural services to support the reserved matters application, with Bureau Veritas providing detailed support on the noise reports.

TEP worked with architects Chadwick Dryer Clarke and Farrer Huxley who provided the landscape design, David Bedwell & Partners and Conisbee, who provided engineering support, and Northmores, the project managers.
