Property consultants Chandler Garvey and JLL have begun marketing a striking office campus in the centre of High Wycombe.

The site, totalling 93,734 sq ft in Queen Victoria Road, next to The Rye and close to the High Street, Eden shopping centre and the railway station, comprises four self-contained office buildings across 2.7 acres. Most prominent is the 1930s former Wycombe District Council offices (see above and bottom of image below).

The site is being marketed as a development opportunity and potential schemes include residential-led redevelopment, hotel, mixed-use schemes incorporating commercial or community space and alternative formats such as build-to-rent, later-living and healthcare.

Chandler Garvey managing director Michael Garvey said: “Our client wants to engage with developers and investors who have the experience, imagination and capability to deliver a high-quality scheme that responds to both the site and its surroundings.

“This is a rare opportunity to shape a landmark town-centre site, and we look forward to hearing from interested parties and advisers.”
