Berkeley Homes has shared some rare views of its biggest current scheme in Reading.
Huntley Wharf on the seven-acre site of the former Toys R Us and Homebase units in Kenavon Drive, boasts more than 750 properties.
Now, thanks to a set of aerial views the developer has given us, progress on the scheme is evident (see the gallery below).
There are three principal buildings, Bakers Yard, Discovery House, Olivers Place, ranging in height from two to 11 storeys.
Ben Ivey, sales & marketing director, Berkeley Oxford & Chiltern, said: “We are delighted with the progress on site at Huntley Wharf – Covid had minimal impact on our build programme and we remain on track to complete the scheme in 2025.
“Sales at the development have remained consistently strong since the launch, with interest from both owner occupiers and investors keen to capitalise on the strong growth potential in Reading.”
Huntley Wharf is one of a number of schemes, featuring in Thames Tap’s New Homes section which we are currently building up.
