The former Windsor Dials buildings have become home to the Thames Valley’s highest rent.
The buildings (centre of image), which are close to Windsor & Eton Central Station, were improved and extended by Canmoor and BA Pension Fund and rebranded as Windsor One and Windsor Two.
The whole 58,500sq ft of Windsor One was let to Intercontinental Hotel Group in June and in September, the 7,600 sq ft first floor of Windsor Two was let to Neilson Financial Service.
Now CoStar News has reported the Neilson deal broke the Thames Valley record with a rent of £43.50 per sq ft.
DTRE, Doherty Baines and Colliers advised Canmoor and BA Pension Fund while Hanover Green advised Neilson Financial Services.
