Reading’s Economy & Destination Agency (REDA) has moved to new space at Reading Business Centre.

The agency, a UKPF partner, previously based at Reading Central Library, has taken space on the eighth floor at Fountain House in Queens Walk.

Chief executive Nigel Horton-Baker said: “Our new offices in the Reading Business Centre are at the heart of Reading’s latest regeneration area around Broad Street Mall and the Minster Quarter with views over Station Hill.”

Nick Lambourne, director of Reading Business centre, said: “I just wanted to say how fabulous it is to be able to welcome REDA to Reading Business Centre. The work that REDA does for Reading in enhancing the town as a great place to do business in as well as live, echoes the principles of what we hope to achieve within Reading Business Centre.

“I looked up REDA on Google and saw that it can mean ‘to calm down’ in the Jawi language. Having now met the team, this is a mantra that holds true. What a lovely team to have in the building.”
