A precision engineering firm has taken a 23,695 sq ft unit at NFU Mutual’s Tungsten Park in Witney, completing the lettings in the third phase of the scheme.

Oxford Flow signed a 10-year lease on Unit 10 at the park, which provides 470,000 sq ft of Grade A industrial and warehouse space in 10 units.

Anne Hurrell, asset manager for NFU Mutual, said: “We are delighted to secure Oxford Flow as tenants on to the estate. Phase Three, Tungsten Park is now fully let, demonstrating Witney as a key industrial Oxfordshire location.”

Will Davis, associate director in CBRE’s industrial and logistics team, which advised NFU on the letting alongside Carter Jonas, said: “Members of the CBRE team have been involved in Tungsten Park since its inception back in 2019. It’s very fulfilling to now see the park fully let and operational.

“However, with both Tungsten and nearby Windrush Park both fully let, options for new Grade A space above 10,000 sq ft in the Witney area are now exhausted.”
