Rockwell has launched its regeneration project, the Hurlingham Waterfront, SW6 and commenced an international roadshow starting with Hong Kong.
They have opened a dedicated marketing suite across the River Thames from the development site, next to Wandsworth Bridge in Southwest London.
Live jazz, champagne and canapés greeted members of the public who came down to the marketing suite to learn more about what the 3.2-acre development in Southwest London has to offer residents and guests.
All set within one of London’s most desirable postcodes, SW6, Hurlingham Waterfront will blend the tranquillity of waterside living and immaculately landscaped rewilded green spaces, with quick access to some of the best shops, restaurants, bars and galleries London has to offer. All this is complemented by world-class on-site amenities, including a gym, sauna, pool and more, delivering a truly comprehensive and luxurious offering for residents and guests.
The international roadshow visited Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing in May 2023. The show included a scale model of the site and interactive displays to show what residents can expect.
Two hundred sixty-nine luxury apartments will make up the collection at Hurlingham Waterfront. First completions are scheduled for Q3 2025
