Runway East has signed 23,000 sq ft of workspace in Kings Court, Bath, in a 20-year partnership with clients of Abrdn.
The Grade II listed building on Parsonage Lane represents Runway East’s third hub in the South West and a second with partner Abrdn.
The site will be phased in its opening, with doors opening in spring 2025.
Natasha Guerra, chief executive of Runway East said: “It seems we’re collecting all the cities beginning with B! Bath joins Brighton, Birmingham and Bristol in addition to our sites in London.
“Bath is internationally known for its UNESCO World Heritage status, it is regularly featured as one of the best places to live, work and visit – so we are thrilled to offer our services here!
“We’re also thrilled Abrdn have chosen us to partner with them on a second site – we pride ourselves on delivering for our landlords. The Council have an ambitious ‘Renewal 2030’ vision, which includes facilitating and supporting SME’s to create a fairer, greener, creative and connected region. We’re delighted to do our bit, by creating workplaces that facilitate productivity and places people want to work.”
