Savills planning teams across Reading and Oxford have lauded the firms’ latest financial results.
The group announced revenue was up seven per cent with revenue growth reported across most of its business lines in 2024.
Phil Brown, head of office for Savills Reading (pictured left), said: “Our six teams across planning, development, new homes sales, lettings, valuations and global occupier services had a tremendous year in 2024 and this success has continued into this year.
“We will be looking to increase our market share across all of the teams in the coming months.”
Richard Binning, head of office for Savills Oxford (pictured right), said: “2024 was a strong year for our local business, and our multi-disciplinary teams together helped clients to navigate the demands and opportunities within Oxfordshire’s property sector.
“We have grown our business with the expansion of our commercial agency and building projects departments, and this year look to build on our success by increasing market share in these areas.”
