SEGRO has reported a strong 2025 at Slough Trading Estate with 37 lettings totalling 287,000 sq ft.
The deals ranged in size from 500 sq ft start-up space to a newly built 45,000 sq ft unit.
New occupiers included freight business Globexair, bespoke furniture provider Ranco London and Parallel Group which provides printing and office technology. London and Quadrant Housing Trust also took space.
Other specialisms among new occupiers included the supply of spice and snack foods, storage of musical instruments and car part manufacturing and logistics.
Jo Jackson, director, Western Corridor for SEGRO, said: “2025 has been another strong year for Slough Trading Estate, characterised by consistent demand and a diverse mix of customers.
“The range of sectors choosing to locate here demonstrates the flexibility of the Trading Estate and its appeal to businesses with very different operational needs, from manufacturing and logistics through to specialist storage and distribution.”
Improvements to the estate completed during the year included upgraded retail provision, new restaurants and enhancements to landscaped areas.
