Employees of SEGRO came together for the developer’s annual UK Day of Giving.
Teams worked on community initiatives across London, Thames Valley and the West Midlands.
Now in its ninth year, the event is part of its Responsible SEGRO commitment in the regions where it owns and operates industrial and logistics facilities.
This year, 147 colleagues volunteered for 11 projects.
Neil Impiazzi, partnership development director, said: “The UK Day of Giving is one of the most important days in our calendar. It demonstrates our deep-rooted commitment to the communities we’re part of and gives our people a chance to make a real difference on the ground. Seeing the number of colleagues take part this year is truly inspiring.
“We’re proud that this initiative is a group wide effort, with a Day of Giving taking place across all our markets over the course of the year. We’re also looking forward to offering another opportunity for UK colleagues to get involved later in the year.”
