Seven Acres commercial scheme launched to the market

Weston Homes has officially launched a 33,429 sq ft commercial scheme at Takeley in Essex.

Seven Acres, a 12-unit scheme over seven acres close to Stanstead Airport, is due for completion in Q2 2024, has Use Class E consent. Each unit is either 2,786 sq ft or 5,571 sq ft and has between six and 26 parking spaces each.

The units currently available include Units 7, 8, 9 and 10) which offer 5,571 sq ft of space, each with 19 parking spaces, and are being promoted with a £1,434,750 price tag per unit.

Unit 4 offers 2,786 sq ft with seven parking spaces and is priced at £702,500.

Smaller units, each with six parking spaces, are available for £696,500 each.

The scheme is a 16-minute drive from Bishop’s Stortford and 22 from Braintree.
