Stubbings Property Marketing has been appointed by Burnham Waters to provide the sales and marketing support for its luxury retirement village in Essex.
Stubbings’ managing director Helen Todd has taken on a sales and marketing director role for the developer on a consultancy basis, overseeing sales on site, alongside local agents Church & Hawes and Balgores, and managing the overall marketing of the scheme. The wider Stubbings team is also providing PR and SEO support for the development.
Burnham Waters is a luxury retirement scheme for the over 55s in Burnham on Crouch in Essex. The development officially opened in November 2023, with the first homes occupied in March 2024.
The initial phase will deliver a new collection of 103 one, two and three-bedroom retirement bungalows, all forming part of a new village community. As well as new homes, the development will deliver onsite shops and local amenities, a new doctor’s surgery and a host of lifestyle and leisure facilities to include a gym, spa and fitness suite, a tennis court and swimming pool. There will also be a care home, delivered as part of a later phase.
Since the appointment, Stubbings has coordinated and participated in two successful sales events on site and introduced a suite of home buyer incentives. A new Assisted Move service as well as a Recommend a Friend scheme have both been launched, designed to assist purchasers in their home buying journey, while encouraging and rewarding recommendations.
