TA Fisher has acquired three sites for housing developments.
The Thames Valley housebuilder has bought a plot for four large family homes in Brimpton, a site for eight village houses in Charter Alley in Hampshire and a third in Bracknell for 10 detached homes.
TA Fisher says each site possesses individual character and will allow the company to showcase it distinctive build style and quality by seeking to be sympathetic to the local environment.
Development director, Steve Davies said: “As an established housebuilder with a strong financial base, these acquisitions demonstrate our confidence in the Thames Valley property market.
“Whilst the sales market has moved into a different phase we find that our product being more bespoke has a continual following from well-funded buyers who maybe less reliant on borrowing.”
