Taylor Wimpey has successfully gained reserved matters planning approval for additional 22 homes as part of the Endurance Estates Wymondham Development, with the help of Grafik Architecture.

The approval is for part of the wider Birch Gate development, where they plan to deliver 253 new homes in the third phase of their Alders scheme.

The site at Wymondham is approximately 200 acres, and is being developed by a range of developers, and is being overseen and coordinated by Endurance Estates. Overall, the development is set to have approximately 750 homes on it, on a partially brownfield, sustainable site.

The site has been split into plots for various housebuilders to work on so that there is variety in the styles of housing. At present, the development is already partially inhabited, with the first occupancies happening in 2016.
