Three new technology firms have signed leases at Frasers Property’s Chineham Park in Basingstoke.  

Apogee Corporation Ltd, an independent subsidiary of HP Inc, has taken a 10-year lease, at recently refurbished 3 Hazelwood.

Security and networking firm Nomios has taken occupation at 2 Elmwood, a two-storey building providing around 6,200 sq ft of office space.

Cyber security provider Rootshell Security has taken 3,000 sq ft on the ground floor of 200 Cedarwood.

Nick Scott, commercial director at Frasers Property UK, said: “It is great to see so many businesses relocating to Chineham Park. It is testimony to the amenities and our ongoing commitments to futureproofing our business parks across the South East.”

Frasers Property UK was advised by Hollis Hockley and CBRE.  Apogee Corporation Limited was advised by Baxter Philips. Both Nomios and Rootshell Security were unrepresented.
