Tom Clempson, has become operations director, sales for Leaders Romans Group (LRG) in Wokingham.
In his new role Mr Clempson, who has been part of the sales team for more than a decade, will oversee central sales departments and seek to drive efficiency and productivity.
Previous roles Mr Clempson has held within the group include head of sales operations. He had previously led teams of lettings, sales and customer service agents in the LRG contact centre. He had initially joined Romans as a move consultant and progressed to sales team leader.
Kevin Shaw, national sales managing director said: “I am delighted to announce Tom’s promotion to operations director, sales.
“He has been with LRG for almost 12 years and has in recent times been an integral part of the senior team in sales, working closely with myself, the regional sales directors, prop-tech suppliers, and other departments, as well as being instrumental in the successful integration of our recent acquisitions. Congratulations Tom.”
