Vail Williams has made two appointments to its property asset management (PAM) team in the Thames Valley.

Faryal Sheikh Talib, who specialises in property asset management and portfolio strategy, has been appointed as associate while senior surveyor Tom Horton has re-joined the property consultancy after a spell with Knight Frank.

Faryal headed the commercial management department at Burley Browne Chartered Surveyors after spells with Bruton Knowles and CBRE, all in the West Midlands.

Mr Horton has, over the past three years, advised a wide-ranging PAM clients, including investment funds, district councils, charities, management companies and private investors.

At Vail Williams he is responsible for managing commercial portfolios across the South East and is experienced in lease advisory and assists with service charge consultancy.
