UKREiiF has selected UK Property Forums’ OxPropSummit in April to be a pre-event for this year’s national conference and exhibition in Leeds.

It means delegates and speakers at the OxPropSummit, both the dinner on April 16 and the main event at Trinity College on April 17, will get the chance to meet UKREiiF representatives to learn more about the event in May.

Matthew Battle, managing director for UK Property Forums, said: “Having attended UKREiiF last year in Leeds I was really impressed with the format and became quickly convinced of its long term success.

“This inspired me to enquire as to whether we could be part of this success by creating a pre-event in Oxford which could mirror some of the content – but at a county level.

“And, after two successful OxPropSummits, we could see an opportunity to grow our event and, at the same time, be part of the success story which is UKREiiF.”

Nathan Spencer, sales director for UKREiiF, said: “We are really pleased to be working with Matthew and the UKPF team. Oxfordshire are represented at UKREiiF this year along with the Oxford-Cambridge Pan Partnership. Therefore the cross promotion with OxPropSummit makes sense.”

UKREiiF will be held from May 21 – 23 at the Royal Armouries and Leeds New Dock in Leeds and will have around 10,000 delegates.

There will be more than 2,500 fringe events, more than 700 speakers and more than 150 exhibitors, covering a cross selection of the property, construction and architectural professions from both public and private sectors.

Now in its third year, UKREiiF has grown to become the UK’s most successful event of its kind and has ambitions to grow into an international event.
