Adroit Real Estate Advisors and Savills have been confirmed as the leasing team for Union Park, a new speculative industrial and logistics scheme in Leighton Buzzard, being developed by Tungsten Properties.

The development will deliver 8 new industrial & logistics units on an 8.5 acre site fronting Grovebury Road. Unit 1 will be a detached 50,000 sqft unit with 10m eaves whilst units 2-8 will be between 14,000 sqft and 18,250 sqft with 8m eaves in a courtyard development.

Demolition works are due to start in August and practical completion of the scheme is anticipated for Q2 2021. The units will be offered on a leasehold basis.

The appeal of Leighton Buzzard as an industrial and logistics location has been strengthened significantly by the opening of Junction 11A on the M1 and the A5 – M1 Link in 2017. These much needed infrastructure improvements have given the town a fast link to the national motorway network. The site sits next to the recently developed Grovebury Road Retail Park, which will provide a good mix of amenity for the occupiers at Union Park including M&S Food, Costa, Aldi and KFC.
