Arrivia, a US travel loyalty company, has taken 8,300 sq ft of space at London & Regional Properties’ (LRP) Belmont office building in Uxbridge town centre for its EMEA head offices.

The occupier has signed an eight-year lease for the second-floor offices. The quoting rent was £29.50 per sq ft. Arrivia has relocated from The Atrium, an office building near the town centre.

Belmont is a Grade A 129,676 sq ft office redevelopment next to Uxbridge underground station, served by the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines. The building is home to mobile phone provider giffgaff, information management solutions firm PFU, Bramham Properties, Orega and Optical Express.

Nuno Martins, director of site operations, Europe at Arrivia, said: “The move shows our long-term commitment to Uxbridge as a key strategic location for the business, as well as our commitment to our employees in providing a fantastic working environment.”

Zoe Malone of London & Regional Properties said: “Arrivia having chosen Belmont for its new EMEA headquarters, is not only adding another key occupier to our Grade A building, but it is a further proof of Uxbridge cementing its reputation as a magnet for businesses in a thriving town.”

Hanover Green and Colliers acted for LRP.
