A shortlist of almost 50 names, projects and companies will compete in the 2024 Eastern Echo Awards.

Judging for the competition took place on Thursday and now we can reveal all the entrants to have made it through.

Entries have come from all corners of the East for the 12 awards which will be up for grabs at a black tie awards night dinner on June 26 at Homerton College, Cambridge.

UK Property Forums managing director Matthew Battle said: “The quality and range of projects submitted this year have been truly impressive and we have easily exceeded last year’s total of entrants. This has ensured that the judges had their work cut out.

“In all the categories, including two new ones, Best Educational Scheme and Best Future Project, which have been created to reflect a range of submissions, the competition is very strong.

“One notable feature of this year’s submissions is the wide-ranging geographical locations many have come from, including Stevenage, Welwyn, Norwich, Peterborough and Cambridge.

“We have really grown the numbers and this is in line with our plans to grow the competition.”
