Oxfordshire property consultant VSL has launched a website dedicated to marketing flexible space in the county.
Growzone aims to cater for occupiers seeking serviced office, co-working, laboratory or innovation space by matching them with providers.
VSL believes the requirement for flexible space is likely to increase after Covid.
Director Richard Venables (pictured) said: “In recent years Oxfordshire has seen a major rise in demand for flexible accommodation which suits hi-tech start-ups and spin-out companies coming out of the universities.
“This demand is increasing further as we emerge from the pandemic with new businesses wanting accommodation without being tied into a long lease, while established firms see more staff working from home, meaning they need a more flexible solution.
