London-based real estate developer and asset management firm, W.RE, has committed to £52m GDV office development in Parsons Green through a joint venture with global real estate private equity firm Taurus.
As South West London continues to see increasing numbers of office to residential conversions, W.RE’s 45,000 sq ft development taps into growing demand for Grade A, well-connected commercial space within walking distance from residential hubs like Parsons Green.
The building is designed with sustainability and longevity in mind. It is targeting a net-zero carbon construction, BREEAM “Excellent”, and an EPC of A to ensure it meets EPC requirements for commercial space in 2030.
W.RE has delivered £1.6bn of assets and has £700m AUM. The company is delivering market-leading projects, including the redevelopment of Clapham Junction’s landmark department store, Arding & Hobbs, alongside the development of a 250,000 sq ft mixed-use campus between King’s Cross and Camden Town.
