An unnamed pharmaceutical firm has taken 10,000 sq ft at Frasers Property’s Maxis in Bracknell.

Frasers says the deal is the second largest letting at the site in the past year and brings the park’s occupancy to 88 per cent.

It follows financial services firm Evelyn Partners’ move into 24,000 sq ft of office space in 2024.

The new occupant will use an existing fit out for its space.

Chris Stevens, senior asset manager at Frasers Property UK, said: “It’s a great start to the year to be welcoming a new occupier to Maxis.

“Frasers Property UK strives to be at the forefront of bringing high-quality and vibrant space to the market and Maxis is a brilliant example of space that has been designed to enhance daily life with sustainable outcomes in mind, allowing our occupiers to grow and flourish whilst achieving their sustainability goals.

“We are thrilled that occupiers continue to see the value that we bring and choose Maxis as a new home for their businesses.”
