Traffic management company Amberon has taken an 11,474 sq ft unit at Sells Green in Devizes in Wiltshire.

Acting for Devizes Steel Supplies Enterprises, Carter Jonas has arranged the five-year lease on the detached industrial unit for Amberon, a Torquay-based provider of services for traffic management.

The new depot will be of the firm’s 29 centres strategically-positioned around the UK for items needed for temporary traffic management.

Alison Williams, commercial partner for Carter Jonas said: “This unit will make an ideal site for Amberon to continue its expansion. The self-contained premises is well located, positioned between Melksham and Devizes and perfect for accessing the wider region.

“The property itself is of a steel portal frame construction and was previously used as a trade counter and office. Additionally, the secure, self-contained yard includes ample space for parking and circulation provision, which should meet all of Amberon’s logistical requirements, enabling its team to focus on its customers.”

Dan East, commercial director, Amberon said: “We are really pleased to announce our continued expansion and commitment to the county of Wiltshire. With these new premises, we will be able to expand our fleet and our operational centre to offer an even better service to our customers in the area.”
