Frasers Property UK has announced 16,800 sq ft of lettings at its Chineham Park scheme in Basingstoke.

Conair Group Ltd (Babyliss) has relocated from Fleet to take 8,300 sq ft on a 10-year lease at the refurbished Maplewood building.

Logistics firm Kuhne+Nagel, has taken 6,200 sq ft at 100 Cedarwood on a five-year lease.

Print company Antalis has taken 2,300 sq ft. on a five-year lease in the Spindlewood building, relocating from just outside Basingstoke town centre.

A new co-working and meeting space called The Exchange has also opened at Chineham Park.

Rupert Batho, commercial director at Frasers Property UK, said: “The leasing momentum at Chineham Park has been picking up steadily, driven by greater demand from technology and consumer sectors.

“Over the past year, there has been much debate about the future of the office. Agents at Chineham Park are CBRE and Hollis Hockley. Kuehne + Nagel was represented by Clews & Co, while Antalis was represented by SBH.
