Plans have been submitted for up to 175 homes with open space on land at Sutton Courtenay.
The outline application to Vale of White Horse District Council by Roebuck Land & Planning is for development of 7.3 hectares of arable farmland north east of Frilsham Street and north of Hobbyhorse Lane.
In 2019 Redrow Homes was refused permission for up to 200 homes on the same site, largely over traffic concerns, although the site is allocated for up to 220 in the Local Plan.
An application, submitted in 2015, was appealed over non-determination in 2017 but that appeal was withdrawn in 2018.
