Savills has announced 21 promotions across its offices in Oxford, Guilford and Reading.

It includes 12 based in Oxford, five in Guildford and four in Reading.

The promotions will see five individuals across the three locations become directors, while ten will become associate directors and six move up to associate positions.

Richard Binning, head of Savills multi-disciplinary office in Botley Road, Oxford, said: “We are proud of the talent we have within our Oxford business and in our work to ensure everyone is supported to achieve their potential. Charles Elsmore-Wickens, head of Savills residential sales, lettings and new homes office in Summertown, said: “They have all shown creativity and real commitment to delivering an excellent service to their clients.”

Charlie Collins, head of the Savills Guildford office, said the promoted staff had worked ‘exceptionally hard’ while Phil Brown, head of Savills Reading, said the appointments there are ‘a reflection of the expertise and commitment of our team’.
