T A Fisher has secured planning permission for 22 new homes on a prime site in North Warnborough, on the outskirts of Odiham.

The development is formed across two connected parcels of land backing onto the Basingstoke Canal. One of the parcels will form the second phase of an earlier scheme completed by T A Fisher in 2019 and 2020, Castlebrook, which included the conversion of the Jolly Miller public house into four townhouses.

Seven of the new homes will be constructed in partnership with Odiham Consolidated Charities, extending its local almshouse portfolio and providing homes at discounted rents for people in need from within the parish.

The scheme has been designed to make the most of its attractive canalside setting and will include significant areas of open space, together with a network of open ditches, swales and ponds.

Direct footpath connections to the Basingstoke Canal towpath will also place Odiham and the historic Odiham Castle within easy walking distance.

Construction is expected to commence in summer 2026, with the first homes anticipated to be ready for occupation in summer 2027.

Those interested in the development can register their early interest via the T A Fisher website.
