Skyport Enterprise UK has applied to the London Borough of Hillingdon to demolish two existing buildings on the site at 1 and 1A Bath Road for the development which is a revised and extended version of an existing scheme.

A 192-room hotel was first consented in 2012 and a similar scheme was approved in 2019. The new plans include an additional fifth floor, along with a green wall on the east side and biosolar green roof.
