Councillors in Hillingdon meet on Wednesday (May 19) to consider plans for a 237-room hotel at Heathrow.

Skyport Enterprise UK has applied to the London Borough of Hillingdon to demolish two existing buildings on the site at 1 and 1A Bath Road for the development which is a revised and extended version of an existing scheme.

A 192-room hotel was first consented in 2012 and a similar scheme was approved in 2019. The new plans include an additional fifth floor, along with a green wall on the east side and biosolar green roof.

The council’s major applications committee has been recommended to approve the scheme.

The team on the project includes Dexter Moren Associates as architect, Maven Plan as planner and TPC as transport consultant.
