Two deals have been announced at refurbished 3 Newbridge Square in Swindon.

The 60,000 sq ft building, formerly known as Tri Centre 3, has just undergone a £3 million revamp.

Now asset manager FI Real Estate Management (FIREM) has announced a letting of 18,000 sq of space to IT charity, British Computer Society (BCS) and a new lease on 8,300 sq ft for existing tenant, AECOM.

The eight-storey building, which is close to the Kimmerfields development, is now 65 per cent let with three floors remaining.

A spokesperson for FI Real Estate Management said: “The news of these lettings is testament to our investment in the building over the last two years.

“With the new reception and revamped communal areas, as well as the introduction of a business lounge, we’re able to provide the much-needed quality office space that Swindon businesses tell us they are crying out for.”

“We’re delighted that this investment has led to us welcoming such a prestigious company as BCS to the building along with being able to announce that global company, AECOM have chosen to remain in the building.”

Smethurst Property Consultants and Cushman & Wakefield are joint agents.
