L&Q Estates has submitted plans for up to 250 homes at Bicester.
The developer, working on behalf of Charles Brown, Simon Digby and London & Metropolitan International Developments, plans the scheme on 22.49 hectares at Gavray Drive.
Plans submitted to Cherwell District Council include the retention of a local wildlife site, public open space, play areas, remodelled land and flood storage.
The team includes edge Urban Design, edp environmental planners and David Lock Associates.
