Southern Housing Group has submitted its plans for 226 homes at Beaufort Park.
The31.96-hectare site surrounds the site where Taylor Wimpey has consent to build 68 homes on the site of the Beaufort Park office building.
The application to Bracknell Forest Council by Southern Housing Group reveals plans to build a mix of two, three and four bedroom houses and some low rise flats on eight hectares of its site.
Up to 50 per cent of the homes will be affordable.
The team on the project includes Iceni Projects on planning, AHR as architect and Mode transport as transport planner.
