Building three, New Square, Bedfont Lakes, Feltham has been granted permission for an additional floor and separate pavilion by the Hounslow council on February 3rd 2022.
Hopkins Architects initially designed the Bedfont Lake Business Park building, and it was built in 1994 specifically with the needs of IBM at that time.
The proposal is part of the first phase of Henley’s strategic vision for the Park, which proposes a series of upgrades seeking to attract major multi-national businesses such as IBM and BP back to the area.
Hounslow approved the refurbishment and extension of the existing office building at Building three to create an additional floor of office accommodation and a separate pavilion building to the rear. The development provides an additional floor of office accommodation within a designated preferred office location, and the proposed pavilion improves the facilities necessary to support and enhance the office offer.
