Plans for up to 350 homes have been submitted for a site on the edge of Popley near Basingstoke.
David Wilson Homes Southern has applied to Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council, via Carter Jonas, to develop a 23.32-hectare former agricultural site, Kiln Farm, to the north west of the village, just under two miles from Basingstoke town centre.
The scheme of one to four bedroom properties, has a 40 per cent allocation of affordable homes and is designed on the principles of the 20-minute neighbourhood.
As well as Carter Jonas, the team on the project includes Mosiac on urban design and masterplanning, Pro Vision on architecture, Edla on landscape architecture and Turley on public engagement.
