Hawridge Land is bringing forward a proposal for up to 700 homes, across two parcels of land that form part of Wexham Golf Club

The proposal will be split across two outline planning applications, one comprising up to 450 homes on the lands eastern parcel, and the other comprising up to 250 homes on the western parcel.

50 per cent of the housing provision will be affordable housing, and there will be a range of housing options within the developments.

Alongside the housing provision the proposal also includes allocations for new community spaces, as well as public green spaces.

During this process, the golf course and other on-site facilities are expected to remain operational until at least 2028.

Hawridge will now engage with the public through a consultation to discuss the current proposals and vision, and are then expected to submit the applications this summer.
