More than a decade after the start of work, the final property has been handed over at 788-home Woodhurst Park in Warfield near Bracknell.
The 125-acre Berkeley Homes scheme, where work started in January 2015, has been completed and all the homes sold. The final home to be handed over to Natalie and James (pictured above) changed hands on August 18.
Along with the homes, Woodhurst Park boasts a 65-acre country park, a primary school, extra-care home, road improvements and new allotments.
Berkeley Homes has worked in partnership with Bracknell Forest Council, Warfield Parish Council, Warfield C of E Primary School and the locals on the scheme which includes 115 affordable homes.
Elkie Russell, managing director of Berkeley Homes Oxford & Chilterns, said: “Woodhurst Park represents everything we believe in – and people and community were central to our vision from the start.
“We set out to create a place where people would want to live for the long term, where children can grow up surrounded by nature, and where neighbours feel connected.
“We’re incredibly proud of what’s been achieved here and of the community that has grown alongside the homes and open spaces.”
