Neptune Land Promotions has applied for outline permission for 90 homes in Milcombe in Oxfordshire.

Its application to Cherwell District Council, submitted jointly with landowners Mr & Mrs Smith, is to develop a 5.97-hectare agricultural site off Bloxham Road.

The scheme of homes of up to five bedrooms will include a 35 per cent share of affordable homes and there will be a new village hall and retail unit. It is designed so that properties overlook public spaces.

The team on the project includes Bidwells on planning, IDP Architects on design and Transport Planning Associates on transport and travel planning.
