Plans for 91 flats at the site of a former warehouse in Slough go before councillors on Wednesday (December 21) with a recommendation for approval.

Under the scheme proposed by an applicant listed as Bath Road Ltd, the HSS Tool Hire Shop at 375 Bath Road will be replaced by a mix of 51 one bedroom, 28 two-bedroom and three three-bedroom flats. A total of 18 are proposed to be affordable in the block of up to eight storeys.

The plans also include a ground-level car park for 55 vehicles and 92 cycle spaces will be sited next the main Bath Road. Electric vehicle charging points are also included.

The team on the project includes Mafham Associates on planning, GAA Design as architect and Patrick Parsons on travel planning.
