Plans by Wates Developments for up to 110 homes at Oakley near Basingstoke will be considered by councillors on Wednesday, October 7.
Officers at Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council have recommended the development control committee approves the outline application, subject to comments from Natural England and a legal agreement
The scheme at a 9.72-hectare site, east of Station Road, is for homes of up to four bedrooms with a 40 per cent proportion of affordable homes.
The application attracted 318 letters of objection.
